Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit PlanoConcreteService.com, submit an estimate request, or contact the telephone number displayed on this website.
1. Who we are
Plano Concrete Service is a local marketing and referral service that helps property owners connect with independent concrete contractors. We do not directly perform construction work. Contractors operate their own businesses and handle the information they receive under their own practices.
2. Information collected
When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, telephone number, email address, project location, service requested, project description, and messages. Please do not submit payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through an estimate form.
Website hosting, security, and communication services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested, dates and times, and delivery or error logs.
3. How information is used
Information is used to receive and respond to inquiries, route estimate requests to independent contractors, communicate about a project, troubleshoot delivery problems, protect the website against spam or misuse, and maintain business records.
4. Contractor referrals and other sharing
When you request an estimate, your contact information and project details may be shared with an independent concrete contractor so the contractor can evaluate the request and contact you about the project. We may receive compensation for referrals. Consider this sharing before submitting information.
Information is also processed by service providers used to operate the website and deliver communications, including hosting, form processing, email delivery, and call tracking services. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
A contractor may retain information you have already provided to it. Contact that contractor directly about its information practices and any records it controls.
5. Telephone calls, voicemail, and email
Calls to website telephone numbers may be routed through a call tracking service such as CallRail. Call records may include the caller’s telephone number, date, time, duration, routing information, and voicemail messages. Email delivery services such as Brevo process messages and delivery information used for website notifications.
If a call is recorded, any recording notice and consent process is handled through the telephone service. This policy does not replace a recording notice. You can use the website estimate form if you prefer to provide your inquiry in writing.
6. Cookies and embedded content
WordPress and installed website services may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, and enabled website functions. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect some features.
Embedded maps, videos, or other third-party content, where present, may send technical information to the provider and use its cookies. Those providers’ privacy policies apply to their services.
7. Comments and accounts, if enabled
If you leave a public comment, the comment form information, IP address, and browser information may be processed for moderation and spam detection. Approved comments may be publicly visible. If profile images use Gravatar, an email-derived identifier may be sent to that service. Its privacy information is available at Automattic’s Privacy Policy.
Administrative accounts use login cookies and store profile information. These features are separate from submitting an estimate request.
8. Retention and security
Records may remain in the website database, email inboxes, call tracking systems, contractor systems, and backups. Retention varies with the system and the purpose of the record; this policy does not specify a single automatic deletion period.
No website, email system, or transmission method is completely secure. Avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your project inquiry.
9. Requests and choices
To ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or ask that further project contact stop, use the website contact form or call (972) 347-0941 and identify your request as a privacy inquiry. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or business-record purposes. Rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
If a contractor is contacting you, you can also ask that contractor directly to stop. A request to us does not automatically remove records already held independently by a contractor.
10. Changes and contact
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. For questions, use the website contact form or call (972) 347-0941. Our Terms of Service explain the website’s referral role and the independent contractor relationship.
